Strategy & Operations Specialist (Healthcare Technology)

What you will do

• Structure broad and ambiguous business problems, define approaches, develop recommendations, and create strategies, operating models, and playbooks.
• Prepare executive-ready materials, business reviews, and leadership updates.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from planning through execution, including work plans, timelines, risk tracking, and alignment.
• Improve planning and execution practices and support a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations, client-facing, and corporate functions; influence stakeholders without direct authority and own business rhythms, leadership forums, and team development initiatives.
• Build analyses, synthesize data, and pressure-test recommendations as needed.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or program management, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and program management experience, including structuring ambiguous problems and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing clear, compelling, executive-ready presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without authority and work effectively with senior leaders and colleagues at all levels.
• Working proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Curiosity about using AI and new tools to work smarter.
• Self-starter mindset, ownership, ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality, willingness to bring forward ideas, and eagerness to learn and grow through feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with risk adjustment coding applications and technology.
• Passion for and understanding of the healthcare technology industry.
• Experience coaching or mentoring peers.
