Manager - BCG Vantage - BCG's Health Care Practice Area (AI)

Location: Boston, Chicago, Washington, D.C., or New York, United States; or London, United Kingdom. Generally expected to work from a BCG office or in person with clients around 50% of working time.

Base salary: $136,600–$142,500 annually for US locations, plus up to 20% performance bonus and retirement contributions.

What you will do

• Partner with case and proposal teams to structure and solve complex biopharma commercial challenges.
• Define analytical approaches, conduct advanced patient claims data analyses, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Drive the development, deployment, adoption, and commercialization of proprietary digital and AI-enabled products and tools.
• Manage product and topic-specific roadmaps, ensuring tools remain differentiated, current, and commercially relevant across geographies and industries.
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital and AI-enabled solutions while collaborating with engineering and data teams in an agile environment.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders, support go-to-market activities, and train, coach, and mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of consulting experience in biopharma commercial topics and/or AI and digital product development and management; consulting experience is preferred.
• Alternatively, at least 4 years of industry experience in clinical or biopharma; 6–10+ years is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required. An advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience structuring and executing healthcare claims data analysis. Experience with EMR analysis is welcome.
• Experience with AI or GenAI applications in a product or business context.
• Solid understanding of modern data and technology architectures, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts and collaborate with engineering and data teams.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and tools.
• Fluency in English.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders in a global collaborative environment.
