Localization Group Manager

What you will do

• Lead production work groups, manage tactical meetings, resolve escalated production issues, and set operational and performance goals for direct reports.
• Participate in strategic planning, strategic reviews, business decisions, sales support, client solutions, business development, and account management.
• Plan budgets, resources, capacity, and production, including participation in the Unit annual budget.
• Monitor revenue, costs, margins, quality, on-time delivery, and other KPIs; prepare management reports and updates.
• Ensure projects meet client requirements for quality, budget, timing, and responsiveness while monitoring client satisfaction.
• Design and improve production management processes, tools, workflows, and methodologies, and ensure knowledge is documented and shared.

Requirements

• University degree.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or a similar managerial role.
• 2+ years of experience in the localization industry.
• 4+ years of experience managing or coordinating teams of 5+ people.
• Advanced English.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Localization knowledge, general IT knowledge, and understanding of business financial aspects.
