Operation Planner

Location: Brno, Jihomoravský kraj, Czechia; hybrid work with the possibility of working from home once a week.

What you will do

• Plan and oversee engineering team capacities across electrical engineering, mechanical design, and protection programming.
• Create and update short-term and medium-term capacity plans based on projects and priorities.
• Coordinate engineer workloads and balance capacities between teams and professional areas.
• Work closely with engineering team leaders on work planning, priorities, and resource availability.
• Coordinate with technical and software support on planning and capacity allocation.
• Monitor plan execution, report capacity status, and support improvements to planning processes.

Requirements

• Experience in planning, engineering, or project management.
• Experience with planning or project management.
• Knowledge of planning tools, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Czech and English at a communicative level for daily written and telephone communication; minimum B2.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• University education in electrical or mechanical engineering.
