Operation Planner (Engineering Capacity Planning)

Location: Brno, Czechia; hybrid work with the possibility of working from home once a week.

What you will do

• Plan and maintain the capacities of electrical, mechanical design, and protection programming engineering teams.
• Create and update short-term and medium-term capacity plans based on project priorities.
• Coordinate engineer workloads and balance resources across teams and professional areas.
• Work closely with engineering team leaders and project management on priorities and resource availability.
• Coordinate planning and capacity allocation with technical and software support.
• Monitor plan fulfillment, report capacity status, and support improvements to planning processes.

Requirements

• Experience in planning, engineering, or project management.
• Knowledge of planning tools, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• A university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is advantageous.
• Communicative Czech and English, with a minimum B2 level for daily written and telephone communication.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
