Senior Project Manager

Location: Czech Republic; offices in Prague, Ostrava, and Hradec Králové. Hybrid work with the option to work from home, regular in-person team meet-ups, and travel up to 30% within the region with occasional international travel. Must be legally entitled to work in the country of residence.

Base salary: CZK 1,320,000–1,620,000 per year, plus a target bonus of 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Manage multiple large and complex enterprise implementation projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead project teams through Agile-based hirify.global solution implementations, maintaining project plans, timelines, staffing, documentation, communications, status reporting, and escalations.
• Facilitate business process, functional, and pricing discussions between business and IT stakeholders, including steering committee meetings.
• Explain pricing concepts and maintain a high-level understanding of upstream and downstream systems integrated with hirify.global.
• Mentor and guide project managers and partners, and contribute to project management templates, processes, education, and internal initiatives.
• Use approved AI tools for planning, requirements synthesis, meeting preparation, reporting, risk and dependency identification, documentation, and delivery insight while validating outputs for accuracy, bias, confidentiality, completeness, and fitness for purpose.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a senior project manager in the information technology sector. Pricing-domain or similar experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent client-facing, internal communication, influencing, and stakeholder relationship skills, including confidence with senior executives.
• Excellent presentation skills for explaining complex concepts to commercial and technical audiences.
• Fluent English.
• Solid technical background with understanding of or hands-on experience in SaaS software configuration and implementation.
• Hands-on experience using approved generative AI tools in project delivery and the ability to validate their outputs before relying on them.
• Working understanding of responsible AI use in customer contexts, including data confidentiality, bias, accuracy, and compliance with company and customer AI policies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, high-performing team and influence stakeholders; proficiency with project tracking, collaboration, communication, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint tools.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Pricing, CPQ, financial, or big-data experience.
• PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, and/or Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Experience with Atlassian software, including Jira and Confluence.
• Experience introducing AI-assisted ways of working to a team or familiarity with AI/ML-driven pricing capabilities such as price optimization and forecasting.
• Exposure to ERP and/or CRM systems such as SAP, SFDC, or MS Dynamics.
• German language skills.
