Production Translator / Foreign Workers Coordinator (Manufacturing): Supporting foreign production workers through multilingual translation, onboarding, HR coordination, visa processes, accommodation, and recruitment with an accent on Czech, English, Russian/Ukrainian communication. Focus on translating trainings and exams, coordinating employee lifecycle activities, supporting immigration documentation, and managing production-site communication across rotating shifts.
Location: Daily onsite work at the Dobříš manufacturing facility, Czechia; rotating day shifts initially and potentially two-shift work later. Company transport is available from Příbram, Modřany, and Hořovice.

What you will do
- Provide translations for non-Czech-speaking production workers in English, Czech, Russian, and Ukrainian.
- Translate onboarding sessions, entry trainings, exams, and activities at the training academy.
- Support foreign workers and coordinate HR sessions related to onboarding, disciplinary matters, and offboarding.
- Support visa and employee card change processes for foreign new hires.
- Coordinate with accommodation facilities, maintain capacity records, and support recruitment days with coordination and translation.
- Provide ad hoc HR and recruitment support and occasionally cover an out-of-hours hotline according to a pre-agreed schedule.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a production environment, translation, or coordination.
- Good command of Czech, proficient English, and Russian or Ukrainian, with the ability to translate between the three languages.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Customer orientation, flexibility, and a suitable attitude and aptitude.
- Daily presence at the Dobříš manufacturing facility and availability for alternating shifts: 6:00–14:30 and 8:00–16:30 initially, potentially followed by morning and afternoon shifts of 6:00–14:30 and 14:00–22:30.
