EAM Release Scheduler / Coordinator

What you will do

• Maintain the master release schedule for the Hexagon EAM program across multiple concurrent releases and projects.
• Develop and manage detailed release schedules from requirements gathering through testing, validation, and deployment.
• Coordinate Product Managers, Validation Leads, Test Leads, Business Analysts, and Developers while tracking progress, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitor SDLC deliverables, including requirements and design specifications, test plans, and validation reports.
• Organize release planning meetings and communicate timelines, milestones, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Coordinate controlled software-change promotions across development, testing, and production environments; identify and escalate risks, delays, and issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in release planning, scheduling, project coordination, IT project scheduling, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT project management methodologies.
• Experience with project scheduling and tracking tools such as MS Project or Jira.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles, particularly Change Management and Release Management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple releases, workstreams, dependencies, and deliverables simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Proactive communication and ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
• Familiarity with GxP and SOX requirements.
• Experience coordinating software releases involving enterprise systems such as EAM.
• Understanding of validation and testing activities within regulated SDLC processes.
