Business Intelligence Program Analyst (Power BI)

Location: On-site at Fort Meade, Maryland, United States, 5 days per week. Some CONUS travel in support of the government customer may be required.

Salary: $125,000–$130,000 annually, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence systems, dashboards, reports, and data models supporting DISA J6 C4E.
• Collect, integrate, normalize, and analyze data from databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and other platforms.
• Create interactive visualizations, DAX calculations, automated data refreshes, report distributions, and alerts.
• Optimize report, dashboard, data model, and BI system performance while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Implement BI user roles and security settings, manage version control, document solutions, and resolve data and reporting issues.
• Collaborate with program teams, analysts, stakeholders, leadership, and end users to deliver tailored BI solutions, training, and support.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of related experience.
• Extensive business intelligence and integrated master scheduling experience.
• Mastery of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Tableau in military or government environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, DAX formulas, and version control.
• Experience integrating diverse data sources and creating interactive dashboards with actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in BI performance optimization, security protocols, complex data troubleshooting, automation, documentation, and user training and support.
• Experience translating stakeholder data needs into BI solutions and integrating BI systems with organizational data systems.
• Experience working with classified systems and environments.
• Strong organizational, project management, problem-solving, multitasking, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including communication with clients and senior management.
• Ability to turn conceptual discussions into presentations for senior leaders; strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Advanced MS Project, Word, and PowerPoint skills; proficiency in SharePoint, MS Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, business, economics, or a related field.
• Current/active Top Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI access.
