Senior Business Analyst (IBM BAW)

Location: Harrisburg, PA, USA

Salary: $65–$70 per hour

What you will do

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise business workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
• Support and enhance the InfoMAP enterprise case management and content management system, including workflows, document processing, and integrations.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot IBM FileNet applications, including Content Engine, document repositories, metadata management, document retrieval, and content lifecycle processes.
• Build and maintain integrations between IBM BAW, FileNet, Java applications, and other enterprise systems, including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Support IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator, Kofax Capture, and Java/J2EE applications, web services, APIs, and backend components.
• Investigate defects, workflow failures, document-processing issues, integration errors, and performance problems; perform testing, debugging, code reviews, deployment validation, production troubleshooting, upgrades, modernization, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise workflows with IBM Business Automation Workflow.
• Experience supporting IBM FileNet, including Content Engine, document repositories, metadata, document retrieval, and content lifecycle processes.
• Experience with IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator, and Kofax Capture, including scanning, OCR, indexing, validation, batch processing, and FileNet integration.
• Experience developing and maintaining Java/J2EE applications, web services, APIs, and backend components.
• Experience designing and integrating REST and SOAP APIs with IBM platforms and enterprise applications.
• Ability to analyze application architecture, business workflows, source code, and requirements and implement technical solutions with business stakeholders, developers, data management, and infrastructure teams.
• Experience with application testing, debugging, code reviews, deployment validation, production troubleshooting, optimization, and performance improvement.
• Experience documenting application architecture, workflow configurations, integrations, technical specifications, and troubleshooting procedures, and providing technical knowledge transfer.
• Experience with code migration from TFS to Azure DevOps, Git version control, work item tracking, CI/CD pipelines, source code management, and deployment activities in Azure DevOps.
