Account Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Develop large enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies, listed companies, state-owned enterprises, and central state-owned enterprises.
• Execute sales plans and achieve customer development and performance targets.
• Sign contracts and prepare and execute sales and service plans with comprehensive bundled solutions.
• Identify business opportunities, support operations and maintenance for signed clients, and implement optimization measures and marketing or application scenarios.
• Communicate market and customer needs, provide industry feedback, and coordinate with internal operations and business teams.
• Coordinate online procurement, payment recovery, after-sales service, receivables collection, and ongoing customer relationship management.

Requirements

• Experience developing and managing large enterprise customers.
• Ability to execute sales and service plans and deliver bundled solutions aligned with procurement needs.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and coordinate operations, procurement, payment, and after-sales activities.
• Ability to collect receivables and maintain customer relationships to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
