Shipping Manager (Biotech Manufacturing)

Location: Portsmouth, NH, United States; on-site and site-based, Monday–Friday schedule.

What you will do

• Lead daily shipping operations to ensure accurate, safe, and timely delivery of products.
• Supervise, coach, and develop shipping personnel to support performance and growth.
• Plan shipping schedules and allocate resources to meet business requirements.
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues affecting delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations.
• Partner with Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement in efficiency, safety, and service levels.

Requirements

• Experience leading shipping, logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations.
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping requirements and compliance standards.
• Experience using shipping software, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
