Warehouse Manager (Pharmaceutical Distribution)

Salary: $101,000–$152,000 annually; bonus and/or incentive eligible

What you will do

• Direct daily warehouse activities, production, order fulfillment, shipment verification, material handling, and inventory procedures.
• Lead processes supporting high-volume operations shipping 2,200–10,000 lines or $136,000–$1.2 million in revenue per day.
• Support staffing, performance management, compensation administration, training, development, and positive employee relations.
• Manage facility expenses, equipment repairs, freight scheduling, tracking, and discrepancy resolution with carriers and distributors.
• Support sales representatives and leadership by resolving service failures, customer concerns, and OSI complaints.
• Monitor inventory movement, VMI, workplace safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and safety committee guidance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience supporting personnel and warehouse employees.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• CDR certification by the State of Florida when applicable for compliant operations and pharmaceutical product handling.
• Effective verbal and written communication, active listening, presentation skills, and the ability to work in multicultural environments.
• High urgency, personal energy, stamina, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and extensive time demands.
• Experience navigating complex situations involving multiple decision-makers, customer relations, and positive employee relations.

Nice to have

• 5 years of business experience, including several years in a distribution center environment.
