Internship - Business Development (Fintech)

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Business Development Director and Key Account Managers to execute Enterprise commercial strategies.
• Help define customer selection criteria and identify high-value business opportunities.
• Engage with clients and prospects throughout the sales and post-sales cycle.
• Prepare and coordinate contractual documentation for acquiring services.
• Set up and manage acquiring parameters, merchant onboarding, gateway settings, terminals, and unattended solutions.
• Resolve operational and configuration issues related to payment flows and transaction processing, and contribute to cross-functional process improvements.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in commercial strategies, business development, and building customer relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, prospects, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and analytical approach to assessing business opportunities and customer needs in a structured, data-driven way.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Hold or pursue a degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related business or technology-oriented discipline.
• Motivation and passion for the payments and fintech industry, with curiosity about market dynamics.
• Fluent English and Italian, with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a multicultural environment.
