ELITE - Sales, Intern

Location: Milan, Italy; Conditions: Italy; onsite internship starting in November for a minimum of 6 months.

What you will do

• Qualify and assess inbound leads from events, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives.
• Map markets and research prospective clients and decision-makers using LinkedIn, Mergermarket, CRM platforms, and other market-intelligence tools.
• Monitor market trends, identify business opportunities, and translate insights into targeted outbound sales activities.
• Prepare sales presentations, pitch decks, and commercial materials for client meetings, promotional events, and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain and enrich CRM databases, monitor sales pipelines, and support performance reporting and analytics.
• Build sector-oriented product knowledge across Europe and work with internal stakeholders on comprehensive value propositions and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Recently completed degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Interest in financial markets, corporate finance transactions, and commercial dynamics.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Nice to have

• Previous short-term experience, including internships or project work, in sales or financial roles.
