Client Solutions Internship (FinTech) - Milan, Feb 2026

Location: Milan, Italy; the 20-week full-time internship runs from February to July and includes on-site client visits.

What you will do

• Shadow account teams to learn about client-facing groups, client types, and the service model.
• Assist with client projects, new-user training, and strategic initiatives.
• Observe Global Sales and Client Solutions professionals supporting clients by phone and during on-site visits.
• Build knowledge of the client base and financial markets through learning activities, mock demonstrations, and client interactions.
• Complete large-scale independent projects and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

• Strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech, a client-centric mindset, and a desire to collaborate across teams.
• Experience or desire to work in a client-facing support role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively in teams.
• Proficiency in learning and using new technology.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel skills.
• Final-year Master's student graduating before September 2027, or recent graduate.
