Workplace AI Feature Enablement & Adoption Specialist (AI)

Location: Bratislava, AT

Salary: minimum EUR 3400 gross per month for this full-time position; actual salary depends on professional and personal qualifications.

What you will do

• Take new Workplace AI features from assessment through testing, approval, communication and controlled rollout.
• Evaluate ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot Agent Builder, SharePoint Agents and emerging AI capabilities, translating technical changes into practical user value.
• Coordinate security, data-protection, compliance and risk assessments with expert teams in a regulated enterprise environment.
• Prepare feature documentation, service descriptions, decision documents, implementation plans, FAQs, user guidance and training materials.
• Organize pilots, gather feedback, support adoption across Erste Group countries and identify meaningful AI use cases.
• Provide business-hours L2 support, coordinate L3 support, maintain the feature and adoption backlog, and work with product, platform, security, data-protection, vendor and local IT teams.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience in technology consulting, digital adoption, change management, product operations, project management or a comparable role.
• Experience coordinating initiatives across technical, business, security and governance stakeholders.
• Strong technical affinity and genuine interest in artificial intelligence, digital workplace services and emerging technologies.
• Ability to quickly understand technical capabilities and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience preparing structured documentation, presentations, user guidance or training materials.
• Understanding of security, data-protection and governance requirements in a regulated enterprise environment.
• Fluent English and German.
• Curiosity, ownership, adaptability, confident communication and the ability to turn incomplete information into clear next steps while collaborating across teams, countries and organizational boundaries.

Nice to have

• Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Agent Builder or similar AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Jira or comparable enterprise platforms.
