Salary: Minimum gross basic salary of €55,772 per year, with a higher salary possible depending on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Lead interdisciplinary project teams across mechatronics, electrical engineering, and PLC and embedded software.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion and coordinate stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Create risk analyses, track progress, and promote open feedback within the team.

Requirements

• Technical education at a university, university of applied sciences, or technical college in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrable project management experience and experience applying agile development methods.
• Technical understanding of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, control technology, and software development.
• High quality standards, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of German and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in product development.
• Understanding of intralogistics processes and knowledge of logistics, control, and production.
