Project Manager Focus Software

Location: Marchtrenk, Austria; international travel of approximately 30% required. User training may take place remotely or on-site.

Minimum gross basic salary for full-time employment: €53,242–€95,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Lead and manage the software component of client projects, including technical, organizational, and financial responsibilities.
• Coordinate clients, internal teams, external partners, and Scrum teams while representing client interests.
• Analyze client business requirements and identify effective and efficient technical solutions.
• Plan project resources and schedules, monitor progress, and maintain structured project phases.
• Oversee projects from order acceptance through final client acceptance, including implementation, testing, commissioning, and user training.

Requirements

• Solid background in computer science and experience managing complex projects.
• Proficiency in project management methods and knowledge of process modeling.
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, and enjoyment of working with people.
• Business-level German and English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 30%.

Nice to have

• Experience in intralogistics or related industries.
