What you will do

• Take end-to-end responsibility for international learning and development projects from conception and planning through implementation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable learning solutions, learning journeys, roadmaps, and modern learning formats.
• Coordinate international project teams and internal and external partners while advising HR and business stakeholders.
• Define requirements for learning technologies, support implementation, and introduce innovative approaches to corporate learning, talent development, and leadership development.
• Promote knowledge sharing and a global learning culture, measure learning effectiveness, and drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Completed studies in a relevant field, with initial knowledge of project management and motivation to take on responsibility.
• Initial experience or strong interest in personnel development, corporate learning, or adult education.
• Experience or interest in HR software, knowledge management, new learning, or learning journeys.
• Initiative, team spirit, sense of responsibility, analytical curiosity, and willingness to think outside the box.
• Very good German and English skills and enjoyment of working in an international environment.
