Project Manager (M/F/D)*

Location: Wels, Austria; flexible working hours and a generous home office model.

Salary: minimum gross basic salary of €54,500 per year based on full-time employment, with potential for more depending on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Manage software, mechatronics, and system development projects from takeover through successful completion.
• Plan and control deadlines, resources, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams.
• Monitor deadlines, costs, quality, and project risks.
• Ensure compliance with requirements, processes, and standards.
• Further develop project management and development processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience in a software or mechatronics environment; experience in one area is accepted with support provided to build missing knowledge.
• Knowledge of modern development and project management methods, such as Agile and Scrum.
• Independent working style and assertiveness.
• Very good communication and teamwork skills.
• Very good German and English required.

Nice to have

• PMA certification.
• Experience with MS Project and JIRA.
