Onsite Manager (M/F/D) (Logistics Automation)

Location: Marchtrenk, Austria; onsite work with 95% mobility and international travel

Salary: Minimum gross basic salary of €55,772 per year for full-time employment; higher salary may be offered based on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Represent the project manager and act as the primary contact for on-site realisation.
• Coordinate the project manager, applications engineering, construction site, and customer.
• Plan and supervise installation and commissioning, including quality, schedule, labour, and material utilisation.
• Coordinate components, modules, equipment, and site facilities.
• Manage site personnel, workplace safety, quality management, site meetings, training, inspections, and partial acceptance procedures.
• Prepare site documentation and transfer know-how into process instructions and operating manuals.

Requirements

• Technical education in mechanical engineering, operational management, mechatronics, automation engineering, or a similar field.
• Experience in plant engineering projects, ideally as a site manager.
• Interdisciplinary technical knowledge and solid business know-how.
• Strong organisational ability, customer orientation, and management potential.
• Very good communication skills in English and German are required.
• Stress resistance, endurance, flexibility, and high mobility.
