Head of Investor Relations (Blockchain)

Location: New York, NY; onsite. The role is in the United States, and candidates must verify eligibility to work in the United States.

Base compensation: $226,160–$339,240 per year; 25% annual bonus target paid quarterly; company equity in RSUs.

What you will do

• Develop and execute investor relations and shareholder outreach strategies communicating financial performance, strategic direction, and market positioning.
• Serve as the primary contact for investors, equity research analysts, and financial media, building relationships and supporting accurate, fair coverage.
• Prepare and disseminate quarterly earnings releases, conference calls, investor presentations, and other compliant financial disclosures.
• Monitor market trends, peer activity, and investor sentiment to inform messaging and advise senior management.
• Communicate blockchain initiatives and real-world asset tokenization to the investment community.
• Develop communication strategies for market volatility and crises while maintaining investor confidence.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in public markets investing, sell-side equity research or ECM, or corporate investor relations.
• Deep understanding of equity capital markets and how equity investors evaluate companies, including the ability to anticipate investor questions.
• Hands-on ownership of scheduling, drafting, editing, and reading work products through the earnings cycle.
• Strong background in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting, with familiarity with investor relations platforms.
• Familiarity with public-company disclosure requirements and Reg FD, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Ability to partner with executive leadership, build trust across levels, lead cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong interest in the institutional application of blockchain and real-world asset tokenization.
• Interest in modern investor engagement through social and digital channels, retail investors, and new earnings formats.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executives and investors; strong analytical and strategic thinking; bachelor’s degree; established relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and financial media.
• Adherence to company security policies and data handling procedures, completion of mandatory security awareness training, and prompt reporting of suspected security incidents.
