Sr. Lead Investor Relations (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Build relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and the broader investment community while communicating business strategy and the investment narrative.
• Lead key elements of quarterly earnings preparation, including consensus analysis, earnings materials, executive briefings, investor messaging, logistics, and post-earnings follow-up.
• Monitor financial models, estimates, ratings, target prices, shareholder activity, market perception, competitor developments, customer trends, and semiconductor industry dynamics.
• Develop investor presentations, executive talking points, investor materials, webinar content, and Board-level updates.
• Support Investor Days, analyst events, conferences, non-deal roadshows, webinars, investor meetings, and site visits.
• Maintain investor relations analytics, targeting activities, CRM systems, reporting processes, and the Investor Relations calendar; identify opportunities to use AI and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Strategy.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including communication with executives, investors, and financial analysts.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Investor Relations experience at a publicly traded company and/or sell-side equity research experience.
• Experience with FactSet, Bloomberg, AlphaSense, or comparable financial market intelligence platforms.
• MBA, CFA, CPA, or comparable professional credentials.
