What you will do

• Support origination and lead execution of M&A advisory transactions in the Industrials sector.
• Manage day-to-day deal processes, milestones, timelines, and transaction execution.
• Oversee financial models and client materials, including quality control.
• Act as the primary client contact for transaction execution matters.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with senior bankers.
• Mentor and guide Analysts and Associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of corporate finance experience as a Coverage or M&A Banker in the Industrials sector.
• Experience with sell-side and buy-side merger and acquisition processes.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, transaction execution, and strategic advisory skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and synthesize complex information.
• SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 certifications.
