Senior Director, Investor Relations (AI Healthcare)

Location: Remote US

Salary: $235,000–$255,000 base salary for this full-time position; excludes bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Shape the investment story by connecting operating performance, financial and operating metrics, strategy, and long-term company value.
• Build relationships with private and institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and investment banks, and represent hirify.global at investor and industry conferences.
• Support the CEO and CFO with investor targeting, presentations, diligence, follow-up, and preparation for investor discussions.
• Prepare Board materials, investor decks, and regular communications explaining performance, priorities, and progress.
• Analyze peers, valuations, industry trends, and investor feedback, and share market insights with leadership and employees.
• Establish disclosure practices, processes, and executive preparation for a potential IPO and ongoing public-company investor relations.

Requirements

• Significant experience in buy-side investing, portfolio management, equity research, investor relations, or a related capital-markets role, with a strong understanding of institutional investor evaluation.
• Strong financial analysis and valuation skills, including assessing growth, recurring revenue, unit economics, and long-term value drivers.
• Ability to turn complex financial and business information into clear, persuasive presentations and conversations with investors, Board members, and employees.
• Experience supporting complex fundraising or capital-markets transactions, including investor materials, diligence management, and senior-executive preparation.
• Credibility with senior executives and investors, sound judgment with confidential information, and a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to work hands-on with analysis, presentations, and relationship development, including travel for meetings and conferences.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Comfort using approved AI tools to improve analysis and drafting, with careful accuracy review and protection of confidential information.
