Cluster Head (Private Banking)

Company

Private banking business operating within OCBC Group’s global network of subsidiaries and offices.

What you will do

• Manage personal client relationships and a sizeable client portfolio while achieving annual revenue targets and growing client asset size.
• Lead the team’s business plan, marketing activities, financial targets, business development, and networking with other business units.
• Advise clients on the bank’s investment products and services, execute instructions and orders, and leverage product teams to meet investment needs.
• Support relationship managers with business opportunities, prospecting, client issues, and advisory standards.
• Mentor, coach, train, attract, retain, and develop relationship managers while promoting collaboration and entrepreneurial performance.
• Supervise compliance, AML, credit, reputational, process, and risk management as the first line of defense, including MCOR and Risk Moderator requirements.

Requirements

• Experienced relationship manager with a strong track record managing sizeable client portfolios and deepening client relationships.
• Proven track record in a senior leadership position in private banking or the financial industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the financial landscape in Asia.
• High personal gravitas and a strong market reputation.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills.
• Driven, entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-starting with good business acumen.
