Associate Business Development Manager (FinTech)

What you will do

• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and communicate product value propositions to clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the FinTech and digital banking space.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Lead negotiations, structure deals, prepare business proposals and presentations, and track sales performance.
• Conduct market research and represent Razer Gold at expos, conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in FinTech, financial services, or technology.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships and client relationships.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Knowledge of digital banking, payments, or financial technology solutions.
