Junior Procurement Specialist - temporary role (SAP)

Location: Hybrid, Krakow, Lesser Poland, Poland

What you will do

• Act as a first point of contact for users and stakeholders using SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass and related digital procurement tools.
• Resolve user requests and incidents in a structured ticket-based environment.
• Provide guidance on system functionality and troubleshoot issues directly or with external service providers.
• Collaborate with Business stakeholders and IS Delivery teams to maintain system stability and availability.
• Improve tools and processes based on recurring issues and user feedback.

Requirements

• Interest in digital tools and systems, particularly SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass or similar procurement platforms within the Procure to Pay domain.
• Initial experience or exposure to system support, shared services or procurement tools.
• Familiarity with ticket-based support environments and basic system problem solving.
• Self-motivated, service-oriented approach with solid communication and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Business, Logistics, IT or a related field.
• English communication skills at minimum B2 level.
