Senior Demand Planner (MedTech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days from the office.

Salary: minimum 176,000 PLN annually, with potential for bonuses and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Lead the monthly cross-functional demand planning and S&OP/SIOP cycle, including demand review meetings and consensus reviews.
• Manage forecasts for a complex product portfolio across multiple products, markets, and planning horizons using advanced analytics and statistical models.
• Analyze sales trends, demand drivers, forecast accuracy, bias, risks, KPIs, and process performance.
• Update forecasts for supply constraints and provide volume forecasts to Supply Planning to support inventory strategies, product introductions, and phase-outs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Product Development, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to reflect market dynamics, portfolio changes, and new product launches.
• Drive process improvements, planning effectiveness, training, coaching, and the use of demand planning systems and forecasting tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning, including demand planning, S&OP, process improvement, training, and coaching.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Extensive experience with demand planning, forecasting methodologies, and S&OP/SIOP processes.
• Advanced forecasting, mathematical, statistical, quantitative, modeling, simulation, and data analysis expertise, including understanding of financial and operational impacts.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Supply Chain functions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional planning processes, challenge assumptions, drive consensus, and support organizational alignment.
• Experience working in collaborative, team-based environments.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, influencing, organization, communication, decision-making, presentation, and attention-to-detail skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficiency with demand planning software and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree and APICS certification.
• Knowledge of Rapid Response and Tableau.
