Senior Procurement Specialist – Professional Services (Indirect Procurement)

Location: Warsaw, Masovian, Poland; hybrid working model with 3 days on site.

Minimum salary: 176,000 PLN annually, with potential for a higher initial salary based on skills, expertise, and experience. The position may also include competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Implement category strategies, pipeline initiatives, and short-, medium-, and long-term goals with internal business partners.
• Conduct detailed spend and market analyses and support annual savings plans.
• Develop RFIs and RFPs, lead negotiations, and support supplier selection, risk assessment, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate cross-functional sourcing projects across business groups, functions, and global sites.
• Track sourcing project pipelines, expected benefits, status, and regular category reports using appropriate sourcing tools.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, identify market developments, and support supplier-driven innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related area.
• Minimum 3 years of category experience.
• Intermediate or advanced English.
• Proven experience in people, stakeholder, and project management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple parallel sourcing initiatives across different business groups and work in a multicultural, matrix environment.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, critical-thinking, and business skills.
• Experience with contracts including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Amendments, and NDAs.
• Understanding of procurement standard processes, supply markets, suppliers, products, pricing models, and contract terms.
