What you will do

• Collaborate with subject-matter experts, business stakeholders, Skill Leads, and Learning & Performance Business Partners to shape AI learning strategy and capture market requirements.
• Design accessible, learner-centric AI learning journeys across digital, blended, cohort-based, and on-the-job formats to drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools.
• Build and maintain role-based AI capability pathways and upskilling programmes across functions and markets.
• Create, develop, and curate e-learning modules, prompt libraries, playbooks, guides, and skills assessments for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Localise and customise learning content for relevant markets while using internal subject-matter expertise and external content partnerships.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, service-level standards, and strategic partnerships with institutions and technology providers such as Microsoft, Google, and Skillsoft; track AI adoption, capability growth, and productivity impact.

Requirements

• Applied knowledge of the full learning design and development cycle, with instructional design expertise across digital, blended, and live formats.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define success metrics and report on impact.
• Proven project management and organisational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT Enterprise platforms.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and expertise in the AI skill domain.
• Curiosity about new technology and its impact on the workforce.
• Experience working at an international level.
