AI for Leadership Facilitator

Location: Hybrid, with travel to client sites for in-person delivery; candidates must currently be based in the UK and hold the legal right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Deliver the AI Opportunity Sprint and other AI enablement programmes for non-technical managers across funded apprenticeships and corporate clients.
• Facilitate interactive workshops using breakouts, case studies, peer challenge, live debate, and virtual and in-person delivery formats.
• Teach AI and automation concepts, capabilities, and limitations in accessible language.
• Facilitate discussions on AI governance, assurance, risk and crisis management, workforce impact, vendor evaluation, and procurement.
• Lead sessions on the current UK AI regulatory landscape and maintain ongoing horizon scanning.
• Partner with Product Managers and the Quality Team to refine learning activities, build practical scenarios, update materials, and implement standardisation processes.

Requirements

• Strong conceptual understanding of AI and automation concepts, capabilities, and limitations, with the ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical leadership audiences.
• Working knowledge of AI governance, assurance, procurement, vendor evaluation, risk and crisis management, and workforce impact.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the UK regulatory landscape for AI and commitment to ongoing horizon scanning.
• Exceptional facilitation skills, including managing closed-cohort group dynamics, handling live debate, adjudicating disagreement, and correcting misconceptions in real time.
• Confident and critical use of generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Lovable, CoPilot, and Gemini, with a focus on interrogating and verifying outputs.
• A candid and realistic approach to AI capabilities, risks, workforce impact, and organisational accountability.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical operational business staff.

Nice to have

• Hands-on commercial industry experience applying the specified management or governance concepts.
• Formal teaching or training qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent, or substantial enterprise facilitation experience.
• AI-related governance qualification such as AIGP, AAIR, or ISO42001.
