Talent Management Lead (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with in-office attendance four days each week in most locations.

Salary: GBP 52,800.00–74,066.66 base salary annually, with a 12.5% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of EMEA talent development programs, including the Manager Academy.
• Partner with the Head of EMEA Talent Management and the global Early Careers team on strategic talent initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Design learner-centered experiences using instructional design, adult learning principles, and AI-enabled tools.
• Create learning materials, facilitator guides, participant resources, communications, surveys, and evaluation tools; facilitate New Manager Training and selected Early Careers programs.
• Manage project planning, communications, budgets, vendors, logistics, and stakeholder engagement across multiple initiatives.
• Measure program effectiveness through participant feedback, business insights, and analytics, using recommendations to improve scalability and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Program Management, or Human Resources.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives.
• Strong instructional design expertise and a passion for engaging, learner-centered experiences.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a global organization.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data and participant feedback to improve programs.
• Experience leveraging AI and digital technologies to enhance learning, improve productivity, and drive innovation.
