Senior AI Adoption & Enablement Engineer

What you will do

• Shape the enterprise AI adoption roadmap, target audiences, priority use cases, goals, and value measures.
• Advise executives on adoption barriers, investments, trade-offs, and actions needed to accelerate responsible AI usage.
• Develop employee learning content, workflow guidance, demonstrations, toolkits, adoption journeys, campaigns, communities, and role-based learning.
• Lead change management planning for small and large Digital Workplace programs and projects.
• Use behavioral and usage data to identify friction, test interventions, and scale successful approaches.
• Mobilize product, technology, business, learning, communications, HR, risk, legal, and compliance partners, and provide executive reporting on adoption and business impact.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience leading enterprise adoption, product enablement, digital transformation, learning, or employee engagement, including scaling new technologies.
• Proven success in audience activation, role-based enablement, workflow integration, behavioral insight, measurement, and value realization.
• Executive influence and global cross-functional leadership.
• Strong enterprise AI and responsible-use knowledge.
• Advanced analytics and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
