Senior Consulting Manager (all genders) (Data & AI)

Location: Hamburg, Germany; other available locations include Stuttgart, Hannover, Eschborn, and Munich. Hybrid work with on-site presence required at least two days per week and the option to work from home up to three days per week, depending on client needs.

What you will do

• Lead or support consulting engagements covering product innovation, digital business model innovation, digital strategy, Data & AI transformations, and IT strategy.
• Advise senior client management across Business, Data, and IT in short-term engagements and large transformation programmes.
• Translate business challenges into structured analyses and actionable solutions across business, technology, and engineering teams.
• Help organisations build and scale Data & AI capabilities, including operating models, governance, compliance, data platforms, and people enablement.
• Support new business models and digital value propositions enabled by technology and data.
• Manage client communication, stakeholder relationships, interdisciplinary collaboration, and high-quality consulting deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in Data & AI or IT transformations, digital business model innovation, or digital product development.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights.
• Deep experience managing stakeholders and delivering impactful client engagements with a strong client orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge business, engineering, and technology perspectives.
• Fluent German and English language skills, spoken and written.
• Willingness to work on-site at least two days per week.

• Experience in Energy, MedTech & Health, FSI, Banking, or industrial environments.
