Senior Consultant

Location: Germany; hybrid working arrangements with remote work and possible weekly in-person anchor days at the site office.

What you will do

• Lead client engagement workstreams from problem definition through implementation, structuring analyses and developing actionable recommendations.
• Frame hypotheses, identify business questions, and direct quantitative and qualitative research.
• Develop presentations, analyses, workshops, models, and other client deliverables.
• Build client relationships through clear communication and stakeholder management.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Work across industries and capabilities, with opportunities to specialize or explore different areas and travel domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Business fluency in German and English.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to structure ambiguous business problems.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across different audiences and seniority levels.
• Strong ownership, adaptability, and resilience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
• Willingness to travel internationally as client needs require.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, private equity, energy, transportation, or similar sectors.
