Finance Director, APAC FP&A

Location: Singapore; hybrid work with three days each week in the Singapore Hub and up to two days per week from home.

What you will do

• Own annual planning, targets, forecasts, long-range planning, and transformational projects across Asia Pacific.
• Lead regional performance management and target setting across revenue, margin, and earnings, identifying risks and opportunities and driving follow-up actions.
• Shape trade and marketing investment choices through clearer effectiveness, productivity, and return-on-investment measures.
• Strengthen financial governance and planning accuracy across regional planning, forecasting, and performance management cycles.
• Build and present insight-led financial materials for senior leaders covering plans, forecasts, performance, and investment choices.
• Coach the Asia Pacific Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and collaborate with finance, commercial, operational, regional, and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience leading regional performance management and target setting across revenue, margin, and earnings.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic projects, influencing senior stakeholders, and working in a matrix environment.
• Experience shaping trade and marketing investment decisions and embedding effectiveness, productivity, and return on investment into resource allocation.
• Experience strengthening financial governance and planning accuracy across regional planning and forecasting cycles.
• Experience creating and presenting insight-led financial materials for senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Financial planning and analysis experience in a retail or consumer goods business.
• Experience using BW, SAP, and PowerPoint for financial planning, analysis, and leadership materials.
• Experience building regional finance capability through improved planning and analysis processes, automation, and finance best practices.
