Supply Chain Senior Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Lead FP&A activities, complex financial analysis, and financial forecasting across a broad business scope.
• Collaborate with business leaders to guide strategic decision-making and achieve business objectives.
• Lead functional project teams and cross-functional initiatives, including regional and cross-functional planning processes.
• Drive process improvements and policy development, including their design and implementation.
• Oversee analysts across multiple finance sub-functions and represent the business unit with external customers and clients.
• Build productive internal and external relationships and mentor lower-level employees.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or another related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Advanced subject-matter knowledge and the ability to apply independent judgment when resolving business issues and establishing policies.
• Experience providing direction and guidance for process improvements and leading complex projects.
• Strong business understanding and ability to perform complex financial analysis.
• Ability to lead and influence strategic decision-making and represent the organization during planning processes.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
