Financial Accounting and Analysis Intern

What you will do

• Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial entries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis.
• Verify, process, and manage Accounts Payable transactions, vendor payments, and discrepancies.
• Support Accounts Receivable activities, including customer invoicing, payment tracking, and overdue receivables management.
• Collaborate with finance teams to streamline operations, improve process efficiency, and prepare documentation for financial audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards and contribute to continuous improvements across finance functions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy or a related discipline.
• Available for a full-time, six-month internship from November 2026 or January 2027 onwards.
• Ability to apply accounting knowledge in practical scenarios, particularly to identify and resolve issues.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Working proficiency in Mandarin, as approximately 80% of the role involves coordinating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional teams.
