Implementation Manager (Fintech)

Location: Dublin or London, hybrid, minimum 2 days per week in office

What you will do

• Own new partner launches from contract signature through go-live, including scope, plans, cadence, dependencies, and blockers.
• Run approximately five concurrent customer-facing implementation projects and manage priorities across them.
• Align product, engineering, benefits, and commercial stakeholders around shared plans, definitions, and dates.
• Define go-live criteria for each launch and keep internal Asana tracking synchronized with partner-facing updates.
• Lead the delivery portion of partner calls alongside Account Executives or Account Managers.
• Identify slipping dates early, communicate risks clearly, and drive blocker resolution through people who do not report to you.

Requirements

• Experience running multiple customer-facing implementations at the same time rather than one large programme.
• Either technical depth with APIs and integration conversations, or a strong background in data and analytics.
• Track record of delivering outcomes through people who do not report to you.
• Calm, process-driven judgment, including knowing when a process is obstructing delivery.
• Comfort working directly with customers, including communicating difficult news.
• Ability to hold delivery dates, defend them, and change them early when needed.
• Highly organized and proactive approach sufficient to manage approximately five concurrent projects properly.
• Comfort with a fast pace and processes that are still being built.

• Experience in benefits, HR technology, payments, fintech, cross-border operations, or migration.

Hiring process

• 30-minute recruiter screen.
• 45-minute competency interview with the Strategy & Operations Associate.
• 60-minute implementation task based on a real scenario, sent in advance and discussed with the GM and one additional interviewer.
• 45-minute final interview with the CEO and COO.
