Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Confirm project scope, objectives, business justification, resources, budget, and delivery mandate with the Project Owner, Sponsor, and Scrum Master.
• Prepare project work plans, resource profiles, Project Initiation Documents, delivery plans, and status reports.
• Establish project governance, conduct RAID analysis, maintain risk and issue logs, and develop contingency plans.
• Lead and monitor delivery against time, cost, quality, and agreed project goals, initiating corrective action when required.
• Report progress to steering groups, sponsors, programme managers, and executives, escalating issues appropriately.
• Define communication strategies, align stakeholder groups, manage interdependencies, and implement process and compliance documentation where gaps are identified.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of Project Management experience with strong overall project management capability.
• Experience in Business, Compliance, or Process delivery, including implementing strong process control or compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, team motivation, and customer management skills.
• Strong working knowledge and practical experience with PRINCE2 or PMP.
• Budget management and commercial experience.
• Full SDLC experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering fixed-price engagements.
• Experience with standard project management and MS Office tools, including MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong interest in developing project management capability solutions and methodologies.
• Active SC Clearance is required.
