What you will do

• Lead agile delivery across one or two workstreams, adapting frameworks and methods to team and client needs.
• Plan and manage project execution, risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery priorities.
• Act as a key client contact, build relationships, understand desired outcomes, and translate requirements into feasible delivery plans.
• Improve team culture, performance, health, and ways of working.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure contributions support priorities and the critical path.
• Contribute to the Farsight delivery management community of practice and coach other delivery managers.

Requirements

• Broad experience with agile frameworks and methods across multiple stages of the project lifecycle in service or software delivery.
• Experience building and managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and diverse team members, including mediating and repairing relationships and managing expectations.
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including facilitating focused meetings, communicating sensitive messages, and navigating difficult conversations.
• Experience planning and executing projects, assessing delivery feasibility, identifying risks and dependencies, and adjusting collaborative plans as new information emerges.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and keeping delivery aligned with priorities and the critical path.
• Servant leadership skills, including adapting leadership style to diverse teams and creating a motivating, empowering environment.
• Familiarity with contract framework approaches and the ability to manage project budgets and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Ability to adapt delivery management, agile, and leadership approaches to different client contexts and team needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with government digital service assessments.
• Experience in another discipline, such as product management, service design, or development.
