What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Solutions Consultants.
• Consult with clients to understand business objectives and recommend digital, reporting, and data solutions.
• Oversee client onboarding, platform adoption, and implementation of technology solutions.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex client requirements and digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Relationship Management, and Operations teams on client-focused outcomes.
• Represent client feedback in product enhancement discussions and deliver presentations, demonstrations, training, and technology reviews.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within financial services, asset servicing, fintech, or a related client-facing technology environment.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, data solutions, reporting tools, APIs, and client technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships and delivering complex implementations or consulting engagements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes across global teams.
• Ability to drive meaningful client outcomes through innovation, strategic consulting, and exceptional service.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities.
