Manager, Implementation Services

What you will do

• Own the execution and delivery quality of a portfolio of client implementations, including resource staffing and project profitability.
• Manage a team of Senior, Associate, and standard Consultants, providing mentorship and performance management.
• Conduct weekly tactical check-ins to identify project risks and personnel concerns.
• Report on key accounts, financial metrics, and client escalations to senior management.
• Build relationships with internal teams including Client Success, Technical Services, and Sales to ensure high-quality client experiences.
• Coordinate with regional Delivery Managers and drive ongoing methodology and process improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consulting or professional services.
• 2+ years of experience in a management role.
• Prior success within a law firm, financial institution, or professional services organization.
• Project, portfolio, or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong business/analytical acumen.
• Proven success delivering complex project implementations.
• Experience working with C-level client executives.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of an organization.
