Product Operations Director

What you will do

• Lead quarterly planning and release rhythms across the product portfolio, aligning teams on priorities, capacity, and decision milestones.
• Identify, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, blockers, and capacity constraints.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and go-to-market leaders to evaluate tradeoffs, sequence work, and shape roadmap priorities.
• Define team rituals, documentation standards, and automated tooling and reporting to reduce manual overhead and establish common operating practices.
• Synthesize customer signals, product metrics, and delivery-health data into actionable portfolio reporting and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, delivery leadership, or related technology roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven experience running planning and release cycles across multiple teams or value streams, such as in a Release Train Engineer role.
• Deep knowledge of Agile lifecycles and launch operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies, capacity planning, delivery risks, and cross-functional expectations.
• Strong analytical skills using delivery metrics and dashboards to solve problems, optimize workflows, and improve operating models.
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority across product, engineering, and business partners.
• Passion for data science and analytics tools.
• Fluent English.
