Senior Programme Manager

Location: Hybrid, Copenhagen; 2 days per week from the office depending on location. The role is part of the Experience & Engineering team based in the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Act as the primary client contact and advise clients at tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
• Translate client opportunities and challenges into action plans and technically successful project delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring members have the support and resources needed to meet client targets.
• Evaluate team development, create personal growth plans, and support project managers and team members as a potential people lead.
• Manage budgets, maintain delivery quality, and coordinate third parties involved in complex online platforms.
• Identify opportunities, convert them into new projects, and support pitch teams in selling new deals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role in a digital agency.
• Leadership experience and willingness to take responsibility as a people lead.
• Experience delivering complex online platforms embedded in clients’ IT landscapes and managing third parties.
• Experience building teams and supporting professional growth.
• Understanding of the technology behind online solutions and ability to communicate with Designers and Developers.
• Experience working with Agile/SCRUM and judgment about when not to use this method.
• Strong planning, organizational, and results-oriented skills.
• High working proficiency in English.
