Investment Analyst (Direct Co-Investment)

Location: Singapore; hybrid work model with 4 days in the office per week and 5 additional remote days per quarter, subject to manager approval.

What you will do

• Support the evaluation and execution of Direct Co-Investment opportunities through company, industry, and market research.
• Perform financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling for potential investments.
• Support commercial, financial, and other due diligence workstreams by reviewing materials and synthesizing findings.
• Prepare investment analysis, internal discussion materials, portfolio reviews, and internal reporting.
• Monitor portfolio companies’ financial and operating performance, valuation, and key developments.
• Participate in meetings with private equity sponsors and advisors and coordinate transaction execution with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and commercial skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and target dates efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, eFront, and DealCloud.
• Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• 9–12 months of relevant experience in a Finance or Accounting capacity.
• Interest in learning all aspects of Direct Co-Investments.
