Business Strategy Intern, Data and AI Team - Summer 2027 (AI)

Location: Hybrid, US - Foster City, CA; at least 3 days per week in the office, with 5–10% travel.

Salary: $35–$39 per hour for US applicants.

What you will do

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to data and AI.
• Assess business problems using structured thinking to support business and product strategy.
• Develop rigorous, fact-based quantitative analysis.
• Produce presentation materials and reports.
• Draft product stories, case studies, and market updates.
• Support the definition and communication of Data & AI strategy and present project achievements and recommendations to hirify.global leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, with graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Strong communication skills, including clear and concise written and spoken communication, professional judgment, and the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors.

Nice to have

• Strong interest in management consulting and/or corporate strategy.
• Passion for data and emerging technologies, especially AI.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics tools and software, and generative AI tools for gathering, analyzing, and summarizing business intelligence.
• Strong interest in payments, commerce, and financial services.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Highly driven, resourceful, and results-oriented approach.
