Intelligent Automation Business Systems Analyst Intern (AI)

Location: Hybrid at an hirify.global office location determined by the team and role; listed location is San Diego, California, United States. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for the duration of the internship. A relocation stipend will be provided.

Expected base pay: $37–$56.5 per hour in San Diego.

What you will do

• Assess, optimize, and streamline SKU creation and go-to-market offering setup across cross-functional teams.
• Develop a plan to reinvent the go-to-market front-door process with a Digital GTM Assistant using GenAI and AI.
• Lead a cross-functional project to rationalize billing models and go-to-market variations, including capability sizing and recommendations to sunset or migrate nonstandard models.
• Support implementation of a Contracts Lifecycle Management tool with end-to-end global process design.
• Support implementation of a Deal Desk and Revenue Operations structure and develop a related change management plan.
• Develop new-to-the-world offering strategies focused on important customer problems and powering prosperity.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date after the internship ends.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program emphasizing Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about applying AI to real-world problems.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for the duration of the internship.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment at an hirify.global office location determined by the team and role.
• Experience in process optimization, business analysis, and project implementation.
• Ability to solve problems dynamically, work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage several priorities, and lead operational improvements.
• Attention to detail and ability to synthesize information into recommendations for executive leadership.
• Ability to influence leaders at all levels and drive actions, behaviors, decisions, and business outcomes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including confident and credible presentations to business partners.
• Grace under pressure, a good sense of humor, and humility.
