Early Careers - Enterprise Data Analyst Intern

Location: Hybrid role in Chicago, IL or Richardson, TX; flex employees are expected to work in the office at least three days per week.

Base pay range: $19.13–$34.17.

What you will do

• Participate in a formal ten-week paid internship program and support enterprise projects.
• Research, analyze, review, and document business data and information.
• Develop recommendations that inform business decisions and improve member and client experiences.
• Own project components and deliverables with guidance from a mentor and manager.
• Collaborate with business and technical cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and deliver a final internship presentation covering project results and recommendations.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree as a rising senior in business analytics, computer science, data analytics, information technology, or another relevant major.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and communicate business needs and requirements, improve business processes, and assist with metrics development.
• Practical PC skills, especially Excel, Word, and Access; unrestricted authorization to work in the United States is required, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Understanding of information systems, business processes, business performance drivers, success measures, and business and technology direction.
